Guidelines and Information: Our campground guidelines are based on the Golden Rule: "Treat others as you would like to be treated!" This is your vacation so have fun! We have included our policies and most frequently asked questions on this page.
- WHAT IS YOUR RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY?

REGISTRATION FEE:
A registration fee for the first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You can make online reservations 24/7 through KOA.com. You’ll receive a confirmation from the campground.
CANCELLATION NOTICE DEADLINE:
Please CALL the campground office at (248) 634-0803 before the following deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee (No ONLINE cancellations are accepted):
NOTE: Holiday and special events may have different deposit and cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand times for some Cottages/Lodges and other KOA Specialty Lodgings. Please check with the office for additional information at (248) 634-0803.

- RV/Tent Sites: 1 week - Notify the campground at least seven days before your arrival
- Cabins and Specialty Lodgings: 2 weeks - Notify the campground two weeks before your arrival.

- WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT?
CAMPSITES:
Check In is at 3 PM each day. Check Out is 12 PM (noon).
If you desire additional time, we may be able to accommodate (fees apply) depending on availability.

Check In is at 3 PM each day. Check Out is 11 AM.

- ARE THERE QUIET HOURS?
Quiet Time is 11 PM—8 AM. All campers should return to their site by 11 PM and all daily visitors/guests are required to leave by 10 PM. Activities and volume settings must be contained within your site at all times. All guests deserve the right to peace and quiet within their campsites. Our quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- CAN GUESTS SMOKE OR VAPE?
Michigan is a smoke free state which requires all smokers to remain 50' away from any building.
Michigan views vaping under the same laws as smoking.
All buildings at Holly KOA are NON-SMOKING. All lodging is NON-SMOKING. Deep cleaning and fumigation charges ($250) will apply for all smoking in non-smoking areas.

- WHAT IS THE SPEED LIMIT AND RULES FOR DRIVING IN THE CAMPGROUND?
SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH: Please protect our children! Drive slowly and watch for kids on bikes. No bicycle riding after dark. Motorized vehicles must be insured and operated by licensed drivers only. Valid License and Insurance may be requested for inspection at any time for the safety of all guests.
- ARE REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED TO HAVE VISITORS?
Facilities in this park are for use by registered guests only. Visitors are required to register and pay day use fees at the office before entering the park and must sign an agreement to abide by and be subject to park guidelines upon admittance. All visitors must leave the park by 10PM, unless registered as an overnight guest. Please register overnight guests by 8 PM in the office. Passes are required to be visibly displayed on dash at all times for security purposes.
- MAY I BRING MY PET TO THE CAMPGROUND?
We love them when leashed and picked up after! They must be accompanied by their master when outside. Pets can not disturb others so please control their barking or meowing accordingly! No aggressive dogs allowed.
Written permission (campground registration receipt) and rabies paperwork must be on file with the campground office at check-in. $5 admin fee will be charged.

- ARE LIFEGUARDS IN THE POOL AREA?
Holly KOA does NOT have lifeguards. Please swim and use at your own risk. Please use the buddy system at all times. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- WHAT ARE THE POLICIES SURROUNDING USE OF THE CAMPGROUND'S ACTIVITIES?
Any playgrounds, waterslides, swimming pools, basketball courts, etc. are provided at your own risk. We strive hard to follow strict safety guidelines but due to the outdoor rugged nature of camping, we ask that you inspect all equipment and activities for safety. Please report any concerns to the office. The activities require staff monitoring when in use. Please do not play on or near equipment after dark or when unstaffed for your and others' safety. Certain activities require arm bands and/or releases signed by parent or guardian prior to participation. See the office for schedules and details. All playgrounds close at sunset.
- WHAT CAMPING EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED PER SITE?
We allow only one recreational vehicle (RV) and one vehicle per site. A small "pup" tent is allowed for immediate family currently living in the registered guest's home. A maximum limit of people per site applies.
- IS THERE A FIREWOOD POLICY?
All outside firewood is prohibited due to potential spread of disease. Certified firewood can be purchased at the Campground Store. Any outside wood must be abandoned prior to entry (inquire at store for assistance). Violation will result in a $150 fine by local authorities or Campground Security.
- WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY GARBAGE?
Please put all garbage in sealed garbage bags and place by site # post to be picked up by staff.
- DO YOU HAVE SECURITY?
The safety and security of all guests and visitors is everyone's responsibility by following campground guidelines and rules at all times. Any violations that require intervention and/or enforcement by local police will result in eviction without refund(s) and/or civil penalties by law enforcement.
- ARE LINENS FURNISHED?
Based on availability, at additional cost, linens can be provided. They must be requested a minimum of one week prior to reservation date.
